Glean is seeking a Solutions Engineer to join its GTM organization in the EMEA region, serving as a trusted technical advisor to sales teams, partners, and customers. This remote role involves guiding organizations through their Generative AI journeys by connecting Glean’s AI-powered knowledge platform to key decision-making tools like Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Slack, and Jira. You’ll lead interactive demos, scope and execute Proof of Value exercises, and ensure technical success across sales opportunities. As part of a forward-thinking team, you’ll collaborate with product managers and engineers, contribute to customer education, and represent Glean at major industry events. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of AI, enterprise search, and productivity innovation.

Responsibilities

• Perform interactive demonstrations of the Glean platform to prospective customers
• Educate technical teams on Glean’s architecture and how it integrates into customer environments
• Scope and execute pilot and Proof of Value exercises to validate technical and business objectives
• Train customers and partners to ensure successful onboarding and product adoption
• Present at industry events such as Google Cloud Next and AWS re:Invent
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to resolve issues, suggest features, and align with the product roadmap

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise software pre-sales using value-based discovery frameworks
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex technical challenges
• Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms to diverse audiences
• Comfortable presenting in both virtual and in-person settings
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, and Azure
• Knowledge of identity services and SSO protocols including Azure/Entra ID, Okta, SAML, SCIM, and OIDC
• Experience working with APIs and troubleshooting data exchange issues
• Understanding of security tools and concepts including Firewalls, VPNs, SSL/TLS, DLP, WAFs, and proxies
